The Negroamaro grape is a powerful red wine full of spiciness and ripe dark fruit. The climate of Salento, the southernmost part of Puglia, where this grape is grown is dry and warm. As a result, the grapes mature well and ensure a perfectly fruity character. The 4-5 months on French and American oak finish this full solid wine by giving it the right dose of subtle tannin. Drink this wine with a traditional brick oven pizza, beautiful Italian pasta or a dish with seasoned lamb. It is best when it is served at a temperature between 16-18 ° C.
