Carefully polished with the use of both a kettle and column still, matured in Four Roses bourbon casks to create a soft clean mouth while retaining a plump malty richness. A limited release whisky that is only sold via the cellar door.
Nose: Maple Syrup, Pineapple Lumps, vanilla, honey, buttered crumpets, mango.
Palate: Creamed corn, papaya, banana, oak, maple syrup honey and burnt lemon
Finish: Dried fruits, papaya, burnt lemon, banana, oak, butter, salt and pineapple.
