Coopers Dry has been fermented at a low temperature for an extended period, allowing a specially selected strain of yeast to effectively consume all the fermentable sugars. Not only does this produce an exceptionally dry finish, but the intriguing lager yeast produces an array of flavour compounds during fermentation, which enhances the aroma arising from the use of the hop variety Magnum. The result is a refreshing citrus taste of lime and lemon, combined with subtle floral aroma notes and a clean, crisp bitterness.
