Nose:Elegant, mature nose, old leather, waxy, cedar, polished oak, ginger, vanilla and malty with a hint of green apples.
Palate:Quite spicy but silky, gingerbread, some honey, vanilla, sweet oak with a hint of Seville orange and coconut biscuity maltiness.
Finish:Sweet and spicy with a hint of citrus, honeycomb and sweet oaky notes. Soft, lingering and gently drying.
